We invest in artist development and promotion, and offer apprenticeships in live production open to anyone who would like enroll.

Distributing musical instruments to students in need.

Collecting donations to provide music lessons to at risk youth at no cost. Contributions go directly toward existing in-school and after school programs to enroll students who come from low income families in music and performing arts classes.

Contributions go toward providing at risk youth with apprenticeship opportunities in stage production, including set design, installing lights, rigging, sound equipment, scenery, and set building for events.

TLMC is currently in the process of trying to refurbish a twelve-thousand square foot building with three full sized stages on the Ochlockonee River that will forever house TLMC. Contributions for the building fund go toward building renovations in our mission to turn this into a performing arts center. This location will become a beacon for not only local musicians and performing artist, but a safe place for the development of at risk youth.

Tallahassee Live Music Community Charity Group was founded in January 2018 by Christopher Godwin, current Trustee, with a vision for a performing arts theater that could become a resource for not only performing artists, but at risk youth, in an effort to abate juvenile incarceration, crime and suicides among our young population.

TLMC currently operates as a 501(c)3 organization in a building formerly known as "The Riverfront", now, The Warrior on the River. The location has 3 full sizes stages, including an outdoor tiki bar which overlooks the Historic Ochlockonee River. The building is 12,000 square feet and is being continuously renovated in hopes of becoming a performing arts center. Currently, the building features the "Studio Lounge", "Music Hall" and the "Tiki Deck", and has weekly drink specials and shows, including, live music, singer songwriter open mic night, karaoke, rap challenge, comedy, and many themed events. All ticket admission and drink sales help support Tallahassee Live Music Community Charity Group. For information about events, go to
